My Love For Sea - Karde Sea Beach - 

 I am always a sea lover, I love to watch sea, waves, sound of sea, sea sand, the sunset, the flow of wind, and everything about sea. 

I stay at Pune and Karde beach is the nearest and it is just a 3 hour journey by car to this place. This place is located in Konkan area, near Dapoli town. This place is also very close from Mumbai, may be 4 hours journey. You can reach here only by one way, that is by Road. You can carry your own vehicle is more advisable, but you can also go or reach here through taxi or cabs and taxi or cabs are available from every city or town. But if you go by your vehicle, it is easy to commute and see places around. 

I love to visit this place and every year I go there, sometimes alone or sometimes with family. This place is mesmerizing and surrounded by natural beauty and amazing panorama. Road to this place is also very scenic and beautiful, all hilly road that is with good teak wood forest. 

there are so many hotels on the sea shore facing see and serves with good sea food delicacies at very economical rate. Accommodation is also not expensive and quite affordable.  The sea food is served in typical konkani or malvani way with local spices and local blend of masala. You can eat Pomfret, Surmai and Prawns. 

Liquor is little expensive and you don't get it in hotels, so better carry your own stuff with you. there are few liquor shops at Dapoli but, they sell at higher rates. Normally when we go, I always prefer to carry enough stock with me. 

The sea beach is very clean and not crowded too. Actually very less tourists come here, rather only those who know about it. There are no foreign tourists as this place is not know to world I suppose. 

There are so many activities and sea sports are available on beaches like rides, para ceiling, dolphin sighting, jet boats, water scooters, horse riding, sand bikes, scuba diving, snorkeling etc.  

Places to see around Karde - Anjarle Ganpati Temple, Dapoli Market, Harne Beach, Some hills etc.
